The Duck Egg Blue Silk Lampshades are made using vibrant raw silk with a natural slub, PVC and Metallic Coloured Lining.
As we use three layers of materials to make our metallic lined lampshades the outside colour stays lovely and rich and no light permeates out through the sides. This means the light is directional so gives a lovely warm golden glow top and bottom. The bigger the shade, the more light you will have!
Our Lampshade frames are made with a 39mm European ring fitting with a 29mm UK reducing ring supplied that will pop in and out if needed. Meaning all lampshades are suitable for both UK Bayonet fittings or European ES27 lamps or flex and fittings.
We recommend using 60w or 15w Energy saver bulbs.
