**RETURNS. Due to the personalised nature of some of our products we are only able to offer refunds on non personalised products. Where items are deemed to be faulty or damaged please contact us for authorisation before returning, as personalised damaged or faulty goods may not be required for return.
Please obtain proof of postage for returned items. Postal refunds will not be offered for items returned without authorisation and due to customer change of heart.
