Delivery

For invitations please allow up to 6 working days for delivery but we usually courier these out quicker at around 4-5 working days (if in the UK).

For on-the-day stationery, please allow up to 7 working days but we often courier these out quicker at around 4/3 working days.

For samples, please allow 1-2 working days - these are dispatched using first class Royal Mail.

Terms and Conditions

It is the customer's responsibility to check grammar and spelling before submitting their content for us to mock-up. We will however make any amendments when proofs are sent over to make sure you are happy before anything goes to print. After the artwork has been approved, we cannot make any edits to the artworks the print process will have already started.

We aim to provide first proofs within 3 working days, and more often within 1 working day. Further poofs and revised drafts ill be sent within 1-2 working days from your requests. Please note when viewing the artwork on phones and tablets, the colours can be distorted somewhat and the colour may be different in print than what you are viewing on screen.
