We are Kind Kids Book Club!

The UK's first children's book club with a focus on nurturing social conscience and promoting kindness

It's a tough world out there at the moment and our little people have lots of questions. Now, more than ever, it's important to teach them about kindness. That's where the Kind Kids Book Club comes in!

Each and every one of our carefully-curated and age-appropriate packs is designed to engage, empower and educate - giving even the youngest kind kids the tools and knowledge they need to begin making a positive impact on the world as they grow

Devised during lockdown by a mum of three from rural Wales, Kind Kids Book Club is committed to shaking up children's bookshelves by bringing diverse, inclusive stories full of empathy to the table

What's our why?

Beautiful books to engage, empower & educate and inclusive stories that celebrate empathy, diversity & equality

As a busy mum to three young boys, time is short and money is tight

We all love reading at Kind Kids HQ but for a long time, when it came to children’s books, if it wasn’t on a supermarket shelf, I wasn’t buying it. But I realised that wasn’t doing us any favours when it came to talking about, and understanding, the world around us and how we can contribute to it positively with kindness and action

What about different cultures and different countries, strong girls and women, families of all shapes and sizes and people with disabilities? And not just tokenism. Central protagonists, one and all

So, I started to do my research and sought out more inclusive books - books full of empathy and kindness, books brimming with the big wide world, books about experiences that are not our own - and the Kind Kids Book Club was born
