Handmade jewellery inspired by travel. Vintage treasures and a little imagination
I have been working as a jeweller for 20 years. When my first daughter was 6 months old i received a dream commission to make jewellery for an Indian wedding, the bride wanted her family jewellery to be given a contemporary twist. At the same time i was getting married and took my grandmother's brooch and upcycled and reworked it to become the centre piece to my necklace giving it a contemporary bohemian edge.
Transforming vintage with my love for combining east and west elements i started making one off pieces, picking out beautiful pre-loved treasures and mixing in semi precious contemporary beaded chain and stones making sure each item is completely unique and fresh - a new heirloom in the making!
My range consists of earrings and necklaces, gold plated metal, silver, antiqued metal, semi- precious beaded chain, antique, vintage pieces and vibrant tassels. The metal of the vintage elements is not always known, but this does not distract from the preciousness of these pieces.
From simple and small to striking statement pieces.
My Commissions have included The British Museum, Grazia Magazine and most recently for the up coming film 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them' .
National press coverage has included The Observer Magazine, Grazia, Red Magazine, Stylist Magazine, Cosmoplitan Magazine and Vogue.
Each piece comes beautifully packaged in its own box.
