A children's book and wildlife illustrator, Kate Slater loves designing bright and beautiful greetings cards, wrapping paper, textiles and prints.

Kate is committed to making her business as green as possible. She uses recycled paper and organic cotton, no new plastic packaging and all products are made in the UK. Even Kate's distinctive mixed-media collages are created using paper repruposed from magazines, envelopes and other scraps, all made in her garden studio in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

Kate Slater offers a highly personal service and excellent quality. Every product features one of her unique illustrations and is packed and posted directly to you by her own hands (or sometimes her mum's!).

Kate is lucky enough to have illustrated many children's books, her dream job since she was seven years old!
