Delivery

All my prints are sent by Royal Mail so it's best if any special requests regarding delivery (if not in leave in porch etc) are arranged with your postman.

Express orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed Delivery. To honour this commitment Royal Mail insist that item is signed for.

Terms and Conditions

I always try to keep my customers happy and if i have made an error or there is a fault that I had not spotted then I will replace the print free of charge.

Prints with problems due to customer error (This includes incorrect personalisation or delivery details) will be replaced but may incur costs.

I do not accept returns on personalised prints accept in extenuating circumstances because these prints are unique to the customer and can't be resold due to the bespoke element.
