Your Family Birthstone Story Necklace

This beautiful necklace features a round charm keeper pendant with birthstone studded oval rings suspended from a long snake chain. The charm keeper can be opened and closed easily by hand. The rings can be added, rearranged and removed easily by simply taking them on an off the pendant. You can also personalise the necklace by adding some of your own favourite meaningful charms to hang alongside the birthstones of your loved ones.
