WHEN UPLOADING YOUR PHOTO, YOU MUST TYPE SOME TEXT (EVEN IF IT’S JUST A COUPLE OF WORDS) INTO THE MESSAGE BOX FOR YOUR IMAGE TO UPLOAD PROPERLY.
Please make sure the photo is in jpeg format and is the largest, best quality version you have and that it can be cropped roughly to a square (very long thin images don't work very well). Photos will be printed in black and white as shown on the product page. Please make sure you upload your photo promptly otherwise delivery will be delayed.

Your message and photo will be printed onto a cream paper scroll with a little red fabric heart embroidered underneath (you can see the stitching on the reverse of the pa). It is tied up with red ribbon and presented in a beautiful vintage style glass bottle with cork stopper. The bottle is gift-wrapped and personalised with a handmade card gift tag with your partner's name, making a gorgeous anniversary gift.
The glass bottle is a substantial size (approx 21cm tall with cork) and will look great sitting on a mantlepiece or shelf.
The paper has a lightly textured surface and the edges will not be perfectly straight but have an imperfect, 'torn' look which gives the paper charm and character.
The bottle is made from thick recycled glass, which may contain some small imperfections such as little marks or bubbles in the glass.

For UK standard delivery, orders will be sent by first class post.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, it will usually take a further 1-3 days to arrive by 1st class post – there is an estimated delivery date on each product page.
If you know you need a message in a bottle for a specific upcoming occasion it is best to try and order in good time to allow for unforeseen postage delays.
Each message in a bottle is securely packaged in bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box to keep it safe in transit. It will not fit through the letterbox so there will need to be someone home to receive it.
Please double check your delivery details including full address and postcode at the checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding an order where the card has been delivered to an old or incorrect address.

If you choose the UK express delivery option at the checkout, your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and should arrive on the named day shown on the website, between 7am and 1pm. Express deliveries will require a signature so there MUST be someone available to sign for the parcel between these hours otherwise your order will be taken back to the sorting office and delivery will be delayed.
Each message in a bottle is sent securely packaged in a discreet brown cardboard box so the recipient shouldn't be able to guess what's inside! There will need to be someone in to receive delivery as the parcel is too big to fit through the letterbox.

Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
