This personalised phases of the moon necklace is custom made in our Norwich studio. Just supply us with a date of birth and we create a gorgeous moon phase pendant. Crafted from high quality sterling silver our birth date moon phase necklace also comes personalised with a sparkling Swarovski birthstone crystal.
Birth date moon phase jewellery carries symbolic meaning, each moon phase carries it's own unique energy and magic. (For the pendant you can choose to include the moonphase engraved writing or leave the pendant clear.)
