Solid Beech
Handmade in the UK by highly skilled craftsmen, to a very high standard. Made from one piece of beautiful wood, no glue, no strips of wood stuck together. Just one lovely piece of beautiful wood.
They can be hand washed (never put in the dishwasher!) with hot soapy water, and left to dry on the worktop. A light oiling of your preferred cooking oil 'now and again' will keep your board in 'as new' condition.
