If the front of the item is damaged on receipt then I will ask you to return it to me so I can issue a replacement (subject to the same 14 days manufacture prior to dispatch). Your postage costs will be refunded and a returns label is provided.

If there is an error on the item details that was not on the digital proof that was signed off - ie the wrong map, wrong date or wrong initials then I will issue a replacement. If the error was on the digital proof that was subsequently signed off by you then the responsibility is yours and you are obliged to complete the transaction.

All embroidery is hand-stitched and the items are all hand-finished and therefore subject to variance and small imperfections that are all part of the hand-crafted character of the pieces. Please do not expect a perfect machine stitched piece! Likewise the embroidery hoop is a traditional beech wood embroidery hoop ( I do not use synthetic materials) and the wood is subject to small textural variations and imperfections that are part of the character of the piece.

Any items that do not arrive in the post please report to me so I can track. If the item is irretrievably lost in the post I will issue a replacement, subject to the same 14 days manufacture prior to dispatch.
