About Us

We are a sustainable brand based in Scotland! We work with family-run businesses in Nepal to ethically make our bags!

Hey! I'm Danielle and I am the founder of Hemp & Hope, a sustainable fashion brand passionate about reviving the wonders of Hemp! When travelling around India and Nepal in 2019 I was met with a huge realisation about the dangers of the fast fashion industry. I fell in love with Nepal and its people and decided I had to be a part of the solution and not the problem.

I met with suppliers and began designing my own bags and clothing. They are all designed by me here in Scotland and handmade by small family-run businesses in Kathmandu and Pokhara. All of our garments are ethically made with love from sustainable hemp fibre. Our hemp is grown in Bajura and Baglung Villages in the Himalayas where it is spun into fibre using traditional techniques handed down through generations.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders made before 2pm however this is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday - weekend orders will be despatched Monday.
