Delicious handmade marshmallows with a twist brought to you by East London bakery Helly's Kitchen.

Run by pastry chef Helly Armstrong, operating out of East London, we make s'mores, teacakes and everything in between.

Having always been passionate about food and baking, Helly began her career five years ago learning the culinary arts of fine dining at a top London restaurant, before moving on to afternoon tea at The Wolseley and, later, The Savoy.

Creating incredible experiences through perfectly formed flavours and textures is what we do. For us, there is no greater satisfaction than seeing the joy on someone's face as they tuck into one of our products.
