Our version of a beautifully balanced but lesser-known classic. Gin, still cider and apricot liqueur perfectly blended to create a wonderfully delicious drink that relies on neither citrus nor sugar. This fantastic cocktail originates back to Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, and is thought to be named after a famous American prohibition gangster, 'Angel Face'.
