Gosnells was founded by Tom in 2013, with the aim of bringing mead, booze brewed from honey, back to the masses.
An avid homebrewer, Tom was inspired by a trip to the US, where he first discovered how amazing mead can be. Tom and the rest of the Gosnells team now brew from a space in Peckham.
Like traditional meads, Gosnells is made from honey and water. But Gosnells is much lighter, drier, and bubblier to the tongue. A refreshing, thirst-quenching, semi-sweet mead, which is at the forefront of the mead revolution.
We employ traditional brewing methods and blend carefully sourced citrus blossom honey with water to create new styles of mead that are very different from typical meads.
