    "My sister bought me the 'Bump to Birthday' Journal when I was pregnant with my daughter. I loved filling it in each week during my pregnancy and now my baby is 3 months old, it has become a place to track her milestones and firsts. I love reading back over what I've written and one day I'll give it to my daughter so she can enjoy it too and read about how excited I was about her arrival! I bought a copy for my cousin when she announced her pregnancy as I believe every pregnant woman should have a copy of this lovely journal!"

DELIVERY

STOCK ITEMS

UK orders received before 12am (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are usually picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Delivery times are 48 hours from the day of dispatch.

Overseas orders received before 12am (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Delivery timescales depend on delivery location.

In busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, this may take a little longer so please order early to avoid any disappointment.

MADE TO ORDER

All Made To Order (including personalised) gifts are handmade and take 3 working days to make, They are then packed and dispatched. Delivery times are 48 hours from the day of dispatch.

ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order a Made To Order gifts at the same time as a Stock item gift then these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.

SHIPPING

We ship all our products using the most appropriate service at the time of dispatch. Where tracking is used a tracking code will be attached to your order, this can take up to 24 hours after the order has left us to be visible on your order.

CHRISTMAS

Our last order dates, to ensure they are with you for Christmas, are:

• Made To Order gifts - Wednesday 14th December.

• Off The Shelf gifts - Tuesday 20th December

PACKAGE & POSTAGE

Our products rarely go missing, however if your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days after the expected delivery date please check to see if you have been left a card or if it is with a neighbour. However, should your order fail to turn up, or there is a problem with it, please do contact us through your order as we will be delighted to help sort this for you.

Each year we support 2 key charities, so we are unable to support requests for charitable donations.
