We are Carol and Sally, two passionate cooks with a mutual love of flapjacks; never finding one to love or even like, we decided to try and raise this much abused food to its rightful status of delicious sweet snack. In our Devonshire kitchen on the edge of Dartmoor we create our fabulous range of eccentric flapjacks for you to enjoy.

We take the humble oat and raise it to a luxury level by adding top quality ingredients and a dash of madness to create our range of luxury handmade Devon flapjacks in interesting flavours and lovely large pieces. British oats, locally sourced West Country butter and fairtrade brown sugar are some of the reasons our flapjacks taste so good.
