We're a small team of illustrators offering a personalised portrait commissioning service through graphic - hand drawn illustrations of those special to you.
Send us up to three photos and we'll have have some artwork for you to approve within 12 hours.
All our illustrations are framed, ready - to - hang "one - offs", drawn with the professional range of Windsor & Newton brush markers, which are blend friendly, transluscent ink, offering a streak-free, print quaity finish.
Whether it's partners, precious moments, family, pets or something else, we use our experience in the Fine & Graphic Arts to make you a unique work of art that 's personal to you.
We use a pallette of colours dervied from the blues, reds, yellows and blacks used in screen printing, but at Finsbury Studios we use our artistic licence and ilustrate every detail by hand!
You can discuss your piece and process with the team when you place your order and upload your image(s), simply log onto your notonthehighstreet account, select "my orders" and click "contact seller".
From there, you can upload your photo(s) by using the "browse" button.'
Free standard deliveries on all orders to Mainland UK
All orders are sent either by Royal Mail signed for service or with a courier on a next day service.
All orders will be dispatched within the given lead times on each product page
Please understand that all illustrations are bespoke & created to order - during busy periods delivery time may take longer
Please contact the team if you need your illustration dispatched sooner/urgently, and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
Accepting your delivery
Please ensure you thoroughly check your piece for any damage at the point of delivery. Once your piece is accepted from the courier, signed/unsigned - no responsibility can be taken by Happy Dots for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please do not it, and contact the team immediately.
All goods must be signed for by an adult 18+
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped/packaged sufficiently to make it to you undamaged - but we do rely on 3rd party companies to deliver your goods to you, and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.
If you receive a damaged item from us please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your artwork to inform us, quoting your order number, and ideally with a photograph of the damage. We will organise a collection and discuss timings and delivery for a new piece to be illustrated for you.
