The proofing process with E.Y.I Love is simple and effective, designed to make the design process as simple as possible and reduce any errors that can happen.

Our process works like this:

First Proof, full design including wording.

Second Proof, once first proof is received please take your time to look over everything ensuring that wording, date/s, time/s, location/s, directions....all items are correct (please double check!). Please ensure that you and your partner are both happy with the design choices and any other family members. (You’d be surprised).

Third proof, this proof will be sent out and it is absolutely necessary that all details are checked, especially if there has been any form of a discrepancy (mistakes do happen!).

Fourth/Final Proof this is sent out as a courtesy and will require an email in return that agrees to the print process starting.

We would kindly ask that before the final proof is approved, ensure that you print off the design, this always helps you spot any errors that aren’t always picked up on screen. This will also give you a bit of an idea about the colour/s and how they will look. Please remember if your inks are low this will affect the colour. Once you are sure that all is great, contact us and we shall get back to you with a date that your stationery will be finished and collectable. Please be advised that once this process has been completed, E.Y.I Love is no longer responsible for mistakes in all the aforementioned details listed above and are therefore unable to refund the value of the job. We are aware that this process can seem tedious but we require our customers to ensure that they are as thorough as possible.
