Denys & Fielding is a small company based in Kent with a focus on celebrating life in the garden. We design, make and offer a growing range of joyful gifts for garden lovers. This includes bright, bold deckchairs and floor cushions through to a range of candles complete with a refill service and a new gardener’s skincare collection.
Our product range includes everyday luxuries - from plant based aromatherapy candles, gardener's skincare and balms through to deckchairs and garden chairs for that perfect, post work escape into the garden.
Sustainability is at the heart of our approach to developing product & service ideas into reality. We make the vast majority of our products ourselves in Kent. Our candle range comes with a refill service. All of our packaging is made either in Kent or Sussex and is fully recycable.

The term ‘Denys & Fielding’, or ‘we’, or ‘us’ refers to the owners of the website: Denys & Fielding Ltd. The company is registered in England with the company number 9424263 and the registered office is: 2 Brickyard Cottages, Redwall Lane, Hunton, Nr Maidstone, Kent, ME15 0RJ. Any reference to ‘you’ refers to the visitor, customer, viewer or guest of this website.
We’ve done everything we can to ensure that ordering from Denys & Fielding is easy. Our products, specifically our deckchairs, stools and windbreaks are made to order. For these items, we aim to despatch within 7 – 10 working days from the receipt of your order.
While we do everything we can to ensure all our accessory items are in stock, ready to fulfil your order as soon as it is received. If we don’t have the item(s) you would like to purchase and no expected delivery date is detailed on the site, we will call or email you to agree a later delivery or provide a full refund. If we can’t fulfil your timeframes, we will of course provide a full refund.
It does not affect your rights to cancel an order. You can cancel an order at any time from the moment you order online for up to 14 days after delivery of the goods and we accept returns in their original condition for up to 30 days after an order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not accept postal orders by cheque.
We have deliberately minimised the use of filters from our photography to ensure colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, as with all photography, there may be some variation. If you would like to be absolutely sure of colour, we can provide colour references on request. In addition, measurements are included for every product detailed on product pages of Not on the High Street..
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase because you believe it to be significantly different in appearance from the product described online, we will offer a like for like replacement or repair. You will not incur charges related to any changes made. Alternatively, we will offer a full or partial refund, should other options not be suitable.

We aim to process orders within two working days, although at busy periods please allow a couple of days extra.
We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either First Class with Royal Mail or courier service with APC. Many of our items include delivery in the price. However, for those that do not, Royal Mail postage will cost £3.00 for a small item, £4.95 for two or more small items and courier service £8.00 for large orders such as deckchairs and stools. Please note, these costs only apply to the U.K.
We do not add any extra charge for packing, and we recycle all the packaging we receive.
Postal charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure the correct price.
Currently, we ship internationally on an as needed basis. If you would like to purchase an item(s) for delivery overseas, please send an enquiry and we’ll do our best to give you the best postage pricing we can find as quickly s possible. .
We’d love everyone to be delighted with their new purchase from Denys & Fielding, but if something isn’t quite right, we do offer a full refund (excluding postage costs in cases of cancellation) on any item as long as it is returned in perfect, saleable condition within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. For any queries, please contact us direct.
Every item is carefully checked before it is packed and sent out for delivery, however if something slips through the net, and you receive a faulty, or damaged item, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Personal details are not required to complete a transaction with Denys & Fielding. Personal data such as email addresses collected by us online are for our use only, and will be safely and securely stored by Not on the High Street and not shared with any third party.
