Hello! I’m Claire, the embroideress behind Delicious Monster Tea. I live in Cardiff and work from my little yellow home studio.

One Sunday afternoon in 2016, Delicious Monster Tea started very much by accident. I was wearing a t-shirt that I had embroidered a little slogan onto (I was teaching myself hand embroidery and no item in my wardrobe had escaped my needle and thread) when a stranger approached me, asking where I had bought my t-shirt from. In my quietest voice I said, “I made it” and ta-dah! I had found my very first customer.

In the years since, I have slowly grown my product range to include baby clothing, handkerchiefs, and DIY embroidery kits. Everything that I sell is designed with the intention of thoughtful gifting. I’m delighted that my customers can share memories and express their love with family and friends through the items that I sell.
