Cowshed Interiors only sell home accessories and lighting they cannot resist to buy.
For the last 10 Years Lisa has been involved in the interiors business.
The idea developed from previously being involved in a wholesale business that imported and sold storage items - trunks, toy boxes, blanket boxes and so on. That business started out from an old chicken and cowshed on a small farm holding, hence the name Cowshed Interiors (chicken shed interiors didn't have the same ring to it).
With emphasis on rustic decor and some coastal influences the selection of home accessories and statement lighting will fill your home with pieces that you would not expect to buy from the national chain stores.
We search out different and unusual items that will delight you and leave your friends hopefully asking where you shop.

We do our very best to ensure that all items are dispatched on time, well packaged and meet the estimated guidelines we give when an item is purchased.
There are some very rare occasions when this is not possible and quite often out of our control. The service level commitments we give are passed on directly from 3rd party courier and delivery firms who for whatever reason are not always able to keep to those guidelines.
For those occasions we apologise but as such we are not able to give a guaranteed service but do know that our service has a greater than 99% success rate and we are constantly working to improve the service where we can - thank you.
Please let us know if you'd like to return an item, within 7 days¦
You have the right to a cooling off period.
Please cancel your order in writing - the easiest way is to email us.
We accept all returns but they must be in new condition, 'with tags', unsoiled, undamaged and in the original packaging. Packaging must be in 'as new' condition with no tears, cuts or damage other than on seams and boxes must be as new, with no labels or tape affixed - if needs be, items should be secondary packaged to avoid marking and damage to original packaging.
We will refund the cost of the goods on return of the above.
We are not able to refund the original cost of postage or the return cost of postage.
We are not able to accept the return of goods which are either 'Special Order' or 'made to order' items. 'Special Order' items cancelled before delivery will incur a 25% refund charge.
Please return items immediately and by a secure, signed for method - we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
The only time we are unable to give refunds or exchanges is when items are purchased by and sold to retail outlets or individuals who operate in the interiors and/or interior design business. This also applies if we have given any type of discount to the trade, a retail outlet or individuals who operate in the interiors and/or interior design business.
Returning Damaged Goods in Transit
We will despatch replacements for damaged goods when we receive the original item at our premises.

We regret we are unable to give refunds on the following items:
Items returned after 14 days and/or items not notified to us in writing - email us - within 7 days.
'Special Orders' or 'Made to Measure' orders.
We are unable to give refunds or exchanges when items are purchased by and sold to retail outlets or individuals who operate in the interiors and/or interior design business. This also applies if we have given any type of discount to the trade, a retail outlet or individuals who operate in the interiors and/or interior design business.

1. Important Information
You should carefully read the following Terms of Use. Your purchase or use of our products and/or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
2. The products and services we offer:
We (Cowshed Interiors - CI) are a company providing the facility to order and/or buy goods online. All descriptions are as accurate as possible and images are aimed to be reflective of the item, colour, material and style; on occasions some visual differences may occur - if you are unsure please enquire directly.
Many of our products are either handmade or hand finished. Because of this, there may be the occasional imperfection as they are not manufactured by a machine. We feel that these marks, features, points of interest etc will distinguish them from mass produced items and visualise them as the artisan produced products that they are. If the imperfection is such that it renders the item unusable we will of course replace the item but when the area in question is very small or the aspect of concern is part and parcel of the natural makeup of the product, we would not consider it to be faulty. Handmade items can have a size difference/tolerance of +/- 5%.
Such items maybe our handthrown lamp bases made from ceramic, cement or stone - pots, vases and ornaments made from similar materials or it could be twig hearts, wicker/willow hearts or kubu and rattan products. Blemishes can and do occur but we regard this as normal given the nature of the material the item is created from.
If you are in anyway unsure please feel free to ask our opinion directly.
Unless the option to 'Reserve' is shown at checkout, payment will be asked for and taken immediately.
On occasions we do promote 'offers' on both the Cowshed Interiors website and third party social media/websites - these may be discounts, free delivery or similar, however all 'offers' are standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other single 'offer' that may currently be running i.e. one order - use of one offer.
Cowshed Interiors assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this site including prices of items. The information contained in this site is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Our Delivery, Returns and Collection policy:

4. Warranty:
Our products are provided "as described" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, save manufacturing defect. In line with our Delivery & Returns policy, we expect any defect or discrepancy to be notified to us immediately on receipt of the goods. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
5. Third party services:
We may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. CI does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with CI terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of CI.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction:
By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. By purchasing our services and products, you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
