All orders are normally dispatched within 2-5 days and only to the address provided on Not On The High Street.

All items are shipped by first class post and I always obtain proof of posting. Standard Delivery times from day of dispatch: Within the UK - 2 days. Europe - 5-7 days Rest of the world - 7-10 days but they can sometimes take as long as 3 weeks.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please note that all delivery times are ESTIMATED.

Please note that the dates mentioned for parcels posted outside of the UK may take longer than the time quoted as parcel can be delayed in customs or for other reasons outside of out control.

If you would like to cancel your order after you have placed then please message me as soon as possible as order are often sent within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has been dispatched a refund can not be issued until the item is returned.

Customs: Items sent internationally (outside of the UK) may incur a customs fee. Any fees that are incurred are out of our control and the customer will be required to pay these fees. We can not be held responsible for any damages incurred if caused by customs but we will endeavour to make sure that your order is packed the best that it can be to avoid any breakages.
