Indisa Jewellery uses Royal Mail 1st Class post or tracked next day delivery.

We post items six days a week and if you need an item quickly just send us a message.

Return Policy

If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Indisa Jewellery, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.

We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.

We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage unless the item has been damaged in transit.

If full order is returned for refund, only standard postage will be refunded. If enhanced delivery is selected by customer - this will not be refunded.
