We are innovating entertainment and hospitality to cater for the new, emerging and a more demanding consumer.

We believe it's time for entertainment to evolve. At Lollipop we engage the influencers of tomorrow by building highly interactive experiences which leave a lasting impression and a longing for more.

Since 2015, we have been creating jaw-dropping immersive experiences for you to come and enjoy in a bar, restaurant or an escape room setting. We have weathered many storms and crises during our quest to entertain you in ways that many considered “mad”. After all, people who think they can change the world, actually end up doing it.

Due to the current world climate, we have decided to continue our operations as delivery only for our ready to drink bottled cocktail range. Using our in-house expertise we create bottled cocktails with, to deliver to your homes.

2020 has led us to re-think how we reach you. We present to you “Cocktails by Lollipop”

Handmade in Chelsea, delivered with their garnishes, the freshness of these tipples are as if they were made right in front of you.

Our Venues

Lollipop is an immersive hospitality group founded by Sebastian Lyall in 2015.

We have since created some of the world’s most renowned bars and restaurants including ABQ London and Paris (The Breaking Bad inspired bar), The Bletchley (Gamification of the menu to create personalised cocktails), Jolie (a French salon in Chelsea) and of course The Bunyadi (London’s naked restaurant).
