Beautifully handmade diamond shaped white porcelain earrings with mother of pearl beads and fresh water pearls.
These Statement dangle earrings add a bit of glamour to an outfit.
The porcelain of these earrings has a smooth matte surface. This contrasts beautifully with the pearlescent shimmer of the mother of pearl and fresh water pearls. Porcelain is a delicate material which has been high fired to 1220c to strengthen with also the back applied with clear hard resin helps further strengthen.
The earrings are each cut out of porcelain clay, then fired, polished, left unglazed to have a matte finish. Finally fired to 1220C to strengthen. Hypoallergenic stainless steel earring posts are applied to the back with clear resin. And finally, the earrings are matched with fresh water pearls and mother of pearl beads to finish.
