Creating chocolates that taste as good as they look

About 4 years ago, I was working as an architects assistant enjoying being creative at work and dabbling with baking cakes in my spare time.

I was asked to make a chocolate cake for one of my nephews birthday. I decided I wanted to add actual chocolate work onto the top of this cake. This was the first time I had ever worked with chocolate shapes and designs so it was quite a challenge!

After the success of the cake I then began working with chocolate, creating quirky modern shapes, fusing random flavours together and creating chocolates that are striking in flavour and design.

I love how I am able to express my creativity through the chocolate designs which incorporates my passion for creating unique combinations of flavours that you might not have tried before!

I created chocolates for friends & family (which was the best way to experiment). I did this for a few years and then I stopped working to enabling me to completely focus on making Chocovert a great memorable business.
