International Deliveries ~ All of our International orders are sent using Royal Mail and you will be given a tracking number once the order has been despatched.

Next Day Deliveries - All UK Next Day Deliveries are tracked as they go out via Royal Mail's Click & Drop service. Orders should be with you by 1pm (weekdays only). These orders will need to be signed for upon receipt.

Standard Deliveries ~ All Standard Deliveries go out via Royal Mail First Class Post. We try to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Once you have received a despatch email you should receive your order between the dates specified. However these are estimates (please bear this in mind). Postmen don't always leave a calling card so there are times when your parcel could be sitting waiting for collection at your local sorting office. Before you get in touch with us would you be so kind as to get in touch with your local office and just check it is not there. Please also check your item has not been left with a neighbour.
