Your completed order will be sent to you by Royal Mail First Class within 1 - 3 working days of your order placement and receipt of your drawing and / or handwriting (where applicable), unless you have requested Express Delivery, which will mean dispatch will be the same day or next day by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature. You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
