Brontie produces high quality, delicious healthy vegan chocolate.
All our lines are 'free-from', containing no allergens whatsoever. We use a carob sweetener, which means the chocolate is free-from refined sugars, it is low GI and low fructose making it suitable for diabetics.
We use only natural ingredients such as cacao, vanilla bean and pink Himalayan rock salt. There are no additives, preservatives or colourings. The chocolate is all raw. Our flavours include signature vanilla, peppermint, lime & sea salt, orange & cardamom, spiced up chilli. We also offer a healthy hot chocolate sweetened with lucuma and coconut sugar.
All raw materials are sourced with the utmost of care and attention to ethical matters.
We only use organic cacao from Ecuador or Peru. We have a small manufacturing unit in West Sussex and a very small team of people. Brontie is the main chocolatier and also sources the raw ingredients. We are currently nominated for Sussex food producer of the year.
