Although we work to the highest of standards when creating your balloons and ensure they look perfect before they leave, unfortunately they are very fragile and sometimes arrive not looking their best.
If you find your balloon has had a bumpy journey and is looking a little sad, please get in touch within 24 hours via our email: [email protected] with some photo's and we will resolve this with you as best we can.
Our balloons are categorised as perishable, which means we cannot give discounts/refunds if we don't hear from you with any problems within 24 hours of your balloons arrival.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
