Our turkey is free-range organic from Wales whilst our beef is grass-fed from Bedfordshire and then all handmade into jerky in our factory on the Bermondsey Beer Mile in London

HOT 'N' SPICY: Whisked up in the kitchen using our secret house marinade and The Ribman's infamous hot sauce. Packed full of scotch bonnets and naga chillies, each bite will have your tastebuds fired up and leave you burning for more
