This Mum Poem Personalised Print is a poem about mums and all they do for us. Can be personalised with Mummy, Mam, Mom etc.

Our unique A4 mum poem print makes the perfect gift for mums, whether it's for a birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day or even a new parent.

Written by Bespoke Verse poet Joanna Miller, this poem appeared in VOGUE in December 2012.

We offer you the free option of changing the wording of the title and last line from 'Mum' to 'Mummy', 'Mam' etc. The Mother's Day print comes unframed but we would be happy to frame it for you.

For a small fee, you may also add a personalised message at the bottom of the page, beneath the last line of the poem. We will remove the last two rhyming lines to make room to do this (ending 'nagger' and 'nana.') If you want other lines removed instead, just let us know after ordering. We can also change single words for you to make the poem more personal.

Background colours options are: grey, green, taupe.

What is a Mum?

A weaner & musher, a milky tooth brusher

A rocker & feeder, a storytime reader

A fairy cake baker & fancy dress maker

A wiper & washer & bad habit squasher

A dirty sheet changer, a room rearranger

A keen stain remover, a wielder of hoover

A peeler & cooker, appointment booker

A loyal defender & Christmas card sender

A playdate arranger, alerter of danger

A suitcase packer, a dishwasher stacker

A ‘be quiet’ hisser, a cuddly kisser

A walker, a talker & sometimes a stalker!

An early riser, a birthday surpriser

A list compiler, a proud parent smiler

A letter writer, a party inviter

A sticker & sewer & all-purpose knower

A fun micky-taker, a known confiscator

A talented wrapper, a tireless clapper

A lavatory flusher, a praiser & gusher

A listening ear, & a good refereer

A source of a fiver, a free taxi driver

A teenager tamer, a dirty mess blamer

A smoothie blender & broken heart mender

A consummate shopper, embarrassing bopper

A grocery bagger & homework nagger (removed if you have a message)

A wedding day planner & even a Nana... (removed if you have a message)

That’s what makes a Mum!
