A witty and warm dog poem which can be personalised with the name of a beloved four-legged friend!
Our stylish A4 dog print is the perfect gift for dog owners and dog lovers - for birthdays, Christmas or the arrival of a new pet.
The theme is all about the things dogs do - whether demolishing chew toys, pounding pavements or begging appealingly!
It's written by award-winning Bespoke Verse poet Joanna Miller, who based the poem on her beloved Labradoodle, Dickens.
The print is available in a choice of three coloured fonts: grey or brown on white card or black on brown card. For an extra fee, we can personalise the title of the poem by using the name of a special dog. Please note: The design is for one name and does not look as effective with more than one,
The print comes unframed, but we'd be happy to frame it for you. There is a choice of three wooden frames: smooth white, stepped white or slim black.
A bounder, a hounder, a pavement pounder
A wager & barker, a walk in the parker
An itch scratcher & throw-toy catcher
A chaser, a pacer, an eager embracer
A snoozer, refuser, a constant amuser
An appealing beggar, a loyal four-legger
A panter & flopper, a mud & hair dropper
A sinner, a winner, a wolfer of dinner
A chewer, a sniffer, an unfortunate wiffer
A protector, inspector & stick collector
A welcoming greeter, a chew-stick defeater
A collar wearer & affection sharer
A curler, a leaper, a company keeper
A pet to remember & family member
That’s what makes a Dog!
