Bean Ink is a family run business with a passion for well designed, fun and functional homewares, clothing and baby items.

We carefully source high quality products for printing with most of the materials made in Britain. All of our designs are Bean Ink originals, starting out as pencil sketches and recreated digitally before printing on fabric.

Our products look good, but not ones for decorative, useless items we want to make sure they function! Tea towels need to dry, napkins and baby clothes shouldn't be dry clean only and your face shouldn't stick to a pillowcase! We test all of our products before launching them so we know they will look good and work for you use after use. (We even have a mini-bean to wear our baby clothes and test out the muslins!)

We print all of our textiles in house so we can ensure we maintain quality and have the flexibility to personalize most products.

Our textile printing method embeds the ink in the fabric so it remains soft to the touch and almost indistinguishable from the unprinted area. There’s no "crazing" after laundering and there is no nasty “rubbery" texture. The inks used are eco-friendly and are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Class 1 certified. They are water based, solvent and odour free.

Starting out as 'cushions covered' we've now extended our range way beyond beds and sofas and become Bean Ink.
