A simple band ring with a twist: melted surface and a bunch of stones set with the cast-in-place technique makes this piece unique.
This piece, as the other cast-in-place jewellery in the collection, is individually hand made by using the lost wax technique. The master of the ring has been made out of wax where also the stones are placed. During the casting process, the molten metal filled the negative space left in the plaster by the wax, joining the stones: from this moment on, they literally become one thing. All the pieces made with this technique are unique as no mould is involved in the process.
