Bambizi was inspired by the birth of my first daughter in 2004. Having looked in vain for luxury nursery furniture that matched my dreams, I set about creating my own. Combining traditional British craftsmanship and the best of modern design, every piece in the range offers unrivalled quality, safety and beauty. My capsule collection includes all you need to create your own nursery with my dream designer nursery furniture.

We are proud to offer our range which includes baby cots, armoires, changers and organic cot mattresses. When you buy one of my designs, you’re buying for life. The furniture is built to grow with your child - and will still be there for their children and their children’s children.

Everything is made in the UK with all the care and attention to detail that you would wish for your own child. My philosophy is simple. I use the finest timber and organic materials to create furniture that is natural, beautiful and durable. And you can rest assured that it’s the safest children’s furniture on the market today.

Delivery

Our aim at Bambizi is to offer a premium hassle free experience using our own in-house team of delivery men.

We offer a white gloved service where we enter your home, assemble the items in your chosen room, and remove all packaging.

We will contact you with a delivery update when your furniture is ready for dispatch.

As all our Bambizi nursery furniture ranges are custom-made for you following receipt of your order, we quote 4-12 weeks to deliver your furniture. Where multiple items have been ordered, we will endeavour to deliver them all together within the longest lead-time quoted.

We will only deliver your goods to the address given to us at the time you place your order unless prior notice of a change has been given to us in writing and agreed by us in writing.

Once a date has been scheduled and confirmed with Bambizi, it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they are available on the stated delivery date.

If the customer is unable to accept delivery on the first scheduled delivery attempt, a further delivery charge will be incured of £40.00 if Bambizi have to return. Once payment for this second delivery has been made to us, a further delivery date can be scheduled.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address given is accurate. If the order is sent to an incorrect address, given by the customer, the customer will be charged for the collection and return delivery of that order. If the customer wishes the item to be resent to a different address, the customer will be charged again for the outbound delivery.

Our Premier Delivery Service only includes delivery within mainland England and Wales.

Our expert Premier Delivery Service team will carefully install your new furniture in your home, exactly where you want it (subject to access).

They will take away all wrappings and packaging. Please bear in mind that some of our products are put together on site for ease of access, so please allow time for our staff to assemble the furniture in your home.

All deliveries must be signed for.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you have ordered will fit into the room for which they are intended, that they will fit through all doors, passageways etc. leading to the room, and that there is sufficient access for our delivery vehicle to reach the delivery address. It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering of any physical factors that might hinder delivery.

Payments:

All prices include VAT.

The total outstanding balance must be cleared on arranging delivery or collection of your order.

All items remain the property of Bambizi ltd until all monies are paid in full.

Lead Times:

As all our furniture is handmade to order here in the UK, our lead times can vary. Please contact us with your requirements and location to discuss our current schedule.

Delivery:

We use an in-house delivery service for all our products.

Please inform us in advance if you have difficult circumstances for delivery ie: block of flats, limited access etc.

Damaged/Faulty goods:

In the unlikely event of your furniture being damaged when you receive it we will endeavour to rectify the damage or if needed replace the item at the earliest possible opportunity.

Note:

Please note that shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warpage are natural occurrences in wooden furniture, not manufacturing defects, and therefore no claims can be entertained on these grounds.

Our craftsmen make every effort to match grain patterns. However, variations in the natural grain inevitably occur and may therefore be evident in your furniture. A variation in grain pattern is not a defect and therefore does not give grounds for making a claim.
