Affordable Luxury Jewellery

When we started Argent of London in 1996 we wanted to create a collection of real jewellery with original, timeless designs that were great value for money. Today that aim still holds good.

Much of our inspiration comes from nature, which I hope you will see reflected in many of our designs. We craft pieces in London, in our Hatton Garden workshop, using both 9ct and 18ct gold, sterling silver and diamonds. Many of our pieces incorporate coloured gemstones or pearls.

We can personalise many items by engraving a simple special message, date or initials. We also regularly create unique bespoke pieces for our clients.

Delivery

Argent of London aims to dispatch all orders the day of receipt (Monday to Friday). All orders over £40 and under £100 for UK delivery are sent via 'Royal Mail Signed For'. Orders under £40 are sent via 'Royal Mail 2nd Class'. Orders over £100 are sent insured 'Royal Mail Special Delivery', and normally arrive by 1pm the following (week)day - ie Monday to Friday. Please note Argent does not dispatch on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) nor on Bank Holidays. All packages need to be signed for at the time of receipt. It is important that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are able to track signed for packages inside the UK. Express Next Day delivery is available as an optional extra, as is Guaranteed Saturday Delivery £13. Overseas posting is available; Europe £12, World Wide £15. Please note that whilst we always do our best to reach, or even better, our delivery targets we are unable to guarantee them. Industrial action, weather conditions and force majeure may affect delivery and are beyond our control.

All our products automatically come beautifully gift wrapped in our own specially designed pouches, boxes and bags. A gift tag with a simple message of up to 20 words is available free of charge. The cost of delivery includes packaging and insurance.

Please note that engraved products, bespoke items, special orders and items that we do not currently carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Please allow up to 10 days for engraving or personalisation - this time can be shortened by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss.
