Figgy Pudding Gin is our Christmas limited-edition, and the UK's first and original gin based on the traditional dessert, made with a medley of fruits and spices.
An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a full-bodied mouthfeel and festive flavours of Christmas pud.
Tasting notes
Nose: heavy figs, juniper
Palate: caramelised fruit, citrus, christmas cake
Finish: a touch of spice, rich, dry
Serve suggestions
G&T perfect serve: Clementine tonic or similar with fresh fig and a cinnamon stick to garnish

As part of our commitment to food safety the Company recognises the importance of the declaration of food allergens and their derivatives in the products supplied to their customers.
At present there are no allergens in the raw materials used and in the final product. All food brought onto site is controlled and consumed in the designated staff area only. A no nut policy is strictly enforced.
The Company will ensure that all the risk of introduction of allergens to site via employees, visitors, contractors (including in lubricants) and pest contractor (control of wheat-based baits) are controlled through procedures as part of the food safety management system.
The systems are consistently reviewed. Any changes to the above that introduce allergens into the final product will be controlled with customer information clearly labelled in accordance with EC 1169/2011.
