Smoky charred aubergine slow cooked in garlic, cumin, chilli, turmeric and mustard seeds. It’s an absolute pantry essential for quick, easy and delicious meals! Use as a marinade, simmer sauce with water or stock, flavour base for a gentle curry with coconut milk, or as a salad dressing with lemon juice and olive oil. We also adore used as a pizza base or as a chutney in toasted sandwiches and on cheeseboards.
