Our marshmallows are made with fresh strawberries and raspberries coming from Scottish farms and Madagascan vanilla bean. These marshmallows are then dipped in luxury Belgian chocolate on quality wooden sticks, sprinkled with freeze dried fruit, Scottish sea salt or hand chopped almonds. Great for festive sharing and hot chocolate making!
Ingredients: dark chocolate, sugar, water, pork gelatine, sea sakt, corn flour, toffee d'or caramel: glucose syrup, sweetened condesed milk, water, cocoa butter, modified starch, thickener: agar, flavours, emulsifier, E471-sunflower lecithin, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
