Cotswold Mustard Madness! A collection of six handmade mustards in glass jars.
Handmade by Bruce Young on his farm just down the road from us in Hailey, Oxfordshire. Made with the best local ingredients and in collaboration with other producers, these mustards give the perfect finishing touch to meats, poultry and fish.
Old Hooky Beer Mustard: a course grain mustard that combines the skills of two of Oxfordshire's favourite producers; Bruce at Shaken Oak and Hook Norton Brewery. Using 'Old Hooky Beer' from this historic producer to create a cracking medium strength mustard. Well suited to all meat vegetable and cheese dishes.
Original Mustard: a course grain mustard, with a unique flavour - a real favourite for all kinds of meat and vegetables.
Mustard with Herbs: a course grain mustard that has a distinctive mild flavour provided by the inclusion of mixed herbs - great with white meats, fish and cheese.
Mustard with Garlic: a course grain mustard that will instantly appeal to all lovers of garlic - great with roasted vegetables.
Mustard with Horseradish: adds a hot flavour to food. lovely as a dip.
Hot and Smooth Mustard: a smooth mustard in the traditional English style but with more depth.
Each mustard is 170g, in a jar 9cm high x 6.5cm wide.
Olive Wood board is not included.
Supplied in a specialist food box, with insulating and protective liner and crinkle-cut raffia paper in light green - all 100% recyclable.
