The unusual combination of Japanese horseradish root (not too hot in this product) and green peppers gives this sauce a fruity flavour not unlike gooseberries! A rich green colour, this sauce can be used as a marinade with meat, fish or vegetables before cooking with extra sauce added at the end for more flavour. Also great mixed with mayonnaise on new potatoes and as a table sauce, warm or cold.
