There is texture with the real pieces of pineapple and a little heat from the chillies. A beautiful colour, this sauce is ideal with stir-fry, just warm through some sauce and adjust to your liking a few minutes before the meal is ready. Use as a marinade with meat, fish or vegetables before cooking and add extra sauce at the end for more flavour. Great for dipping prawns, spring rolls or raw vegetables.
