As it's name suggests this sauce originates from an American recipe. We liked it so much we reproduced it here in England.
Full flavoured with wonderful complex flavours this is more than just a steak sauce. It is ideal with all meats and is great for basting roast chicken giving extra flavour to the gravy. Naturally great on the barbecue you can marinade your meat or vegetables first and add extra sauce at the end for more flavour. We also like it with fresh sardines or mackerel.
Presented in a stylish 250ml bottle. Ideal as a gift (team up with another sauce or dressing in our attractive silver gift box) or treat yourself.
