Rich and smooth, this sauce is made from real Belgian chocolate.
Try it over ice cream, meringues, fresh fruit and pancakes. Drizzle over sponge cakes and profiteroles. Heat a small amount gently in a pan, pour over your favourite pudding but do not overheat. You can also heat gently in a ceramic bowl over a candle light and use as a fondue to dip fresh fruit and marshmallows!
