16 Jan 2013disappointed with the quality of the cufflinks. they looked like something you would get in a cracker. I was therefore unable to give them as a Christmas present as intended.

Simply leaving feedback in a public forum is not a constructive course of action and, of course, still leaves you with a purchase that you are not satisfied with. In response to your specific comments regarding the quality of the cufflinks - these are made from high grade English pewter and solid quality silver plated cufflink blanks, presented in a high quality gift box. We can assure you that all parts are of the highest quality and must strongly disagree with your opinion, which is the very first we have received questioning the quality of our products. Once again, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with this purchase but would kindly ask that if you were, as your comments suggest, so disappointed with the product why you chose to wait 36 days from the date of purchase to make us aware of this, chose only to advise us via feedback and have also chosen not to return the purchase? A very wide range of products which are not "run of the mill". I like the way each product can be traced to the person or group that created it. Excellent for gifts with a personal touch.
