The lamp is pretty and well - made but it is smaller than I expected. My daughter loves it but it is really just an ornament rather than a proper lamp because it gives out very little light from the tiny windows. My issue is that I was charged ten pounds postage which I paid because I thought the lamp was possibly a heavy item. It wasn't and I would probably have returned it but that would have cost me more postage and I would have been out of pocket with nothing to show for it if I had returned the lamp. Therefore, I consider the lamp to be poor value as I'm unhappy with the postal charges. Very disappointing shopping experience.
