Your choice of three delicious extra virgin olive oil infusions, presented in a hessian gift bag with nice sturdy handles - an ideal hostess gift for weekends away, a "thank you" for someone special, or just a special treat for someone who deserves it!
Our infusions are made at home in tiny batches, to authentic Italian recipes. We use Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and specially selected herbs and spices. Beautifully presented in clear glass bottles with a screw top, finished with a hand cut homespun gingham "hat", and tied with natural jute.
Our most popular oil at the moment is "Delicious Dipping Oil", extra virgin olive oil infused with sea salt, pink peppercorns, garlic, rosemary, and a hint of chilli. Fabulous with fresh bread and an Al Fresco glass of something! Garlic Oil is particularly useful for cooks, and works well in salad dressings too. Our Chilli Oil is often described as a "Slow Burner", fist you can appreciate the gentle taste of the high quality olive oil, then slowly, but surely, the chillies start to do their job. Rosemary and Thyme Oil is a popular choice for those wishing to combine utility and design - a really pretty gift for lovers of Italian cuisine.
New this season, and rather different, in "infus-iastic!", a lovely cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, ready mixed with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, sea salt, pink peppercorns, and herbes se provence. Great for dipping, it also makes a lovely dressing on salads, particularly tomato and mozzarella, with fresh basil leaves on top.
Glass bottles are 24cm high and contain 250ml of product. The olive green hessian bag is 23cmx20cmx10cm. Bottles come to you "bubble wrapped", and I can gift wrap them in green tissue paper, should you so desire!
